Our MDO Program
Welcome to our church’s Mothers Day Out Program, a cherished initiative designed to support families by providing a nurturing and enriching environment for young children. This program offers parents a few hours of respite each week, allowing them to focus on personal or professional responsibilities while their children engage in educational and fun activities. Families love the Mothers Day Out Program for its commitment to creating a safe, caring, and stimulating atmosphere where their little ones can learn, socialize, and grow. By blending play with early learning experiences, our program helps foster a strong foundation for children’s development while strengthening the sense of community among participating families.

What are the hours and schedule?
Mother’s Day Out is every Tuesday and Thursday from 9am-3pm.
What age range is accepted into the MDO program?
We are currently accepting children aged 1-5 years old.
What are the qualifications for the staff?
All of our teachers have several years experience in working with young children.
Each member of staff is required to be certified in both cpr and first aid.
In addition the United Methodist Church also requires all adults that work with children to take part in the MinistrySafe program.
The MinistrySafe program is an essential initiative for the United Methodist Church designed to enhance child and youth protection within its ministries. This program focuses on creating a safe environment by providing training and resources to church staff and volunteers on how to prevent abuse and respond effectively if concerns arise.
